Creating Web Content.

Establishing your presence online can be easier than you think.

Through a one-on-one interview process and consultation, Deborah will explore the heart of your business, your services and clientele, then help you define solid goals for your website.  Any documentation that you have pertaining to your business should be provided – brochures, press releases, published articles.

Establishing a general outline comes next.  Once an outline has been approved, you will receive an firm estimate for the work and time involved so you know exactly what to expect.  At this stage, you will be asked to provide an advance of 50% before work will continue.

Using the services of certified translators, website content can be translated to French, German and other languages.

The Message is as Important as the Look.

The next stage is to create the content that reflects not only your business, but your own personal style.  Your website is your face to the world - often the first exposure a customer or client has to your business.  Delivering the correct message, in the correct manner, is just as important as projecting a professional look.

Writing for the web is different than print media and is a highly specialized process.   Remember, it's not just about words, it's about marketing and search engine optimizing.  The content of your website should be created correctly so your customers will find you easily.

Copyright.

Unless web content has been provided by the client, copyright remains with the writer until the final invoice has been paid, upon which time full copyright for content transfers to the website customer.
