About Nature of Words Writing Workshops

Helping others discover, tell and use their stories in an effective, meaningful manner is the Nature of Words mission. Writing isn't just about getting published; it's about exploring a method of creative expression.  By adopting good writing practices we can uncover valuable life lessons that help us articulate and achieve our own personal goals.   

The Nature of Words is founded on two intrinsic beliefs:

Belief #1 - Each of us has a storehouse of creative gifts and the secret to a happy, purposeful life is found in unlocking that storehouse. 

Belief #2 - Learning is most effective in an environment that encourages creativity and calmness.

Where better to discover creativity than in the natural world? Nature is God’s own artwork. 

Nature of Words Writing Workshops take you outside the walls of the typical classroom and into the heart of nature where we find our true creative source.  Venues may be rural accommodations, community halls, heritage buildings or other intriguing spaces with access to beautiful outdoor spaces. 

The emphasis is on losing inhibition, breaking free from structure and encouraging genuine creative flow.
